Workshop 10: Celebrating Literacy
It is very important to acknowledge and celebrate the commitment and the learning that has occurred throughout the previous workshops. Teachers have worked hard to set up an environment in which parents and children could participate in a comfortable, yet challenging program. Parents have risen to the challenge by continuing to participate and have given thought and effort to the many topics that were covered. Children have responded to the efforts by their teachers and their parents and have enjoyed the positive results of true home-school connection. This workshop is designed to acknowledge all of these worthy efforts.
