DESCRIPTION:
Ongoing exploration of topics from Course A. Literacy Coordinators
begin to develop skills of peer coaching through classroom
observation including conferencing, feedback and goal setting.
EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Participants will:
A. Understand and demonstrate the role of a peer coach.
B. Expand their theoretical understanding of literacy development.
C. Examine curriculum development and articulation throughout all primary grades.
D. Learn to develop effective
methodology in working with adult learners.

D. Adult learning theory.
E. Curriculum development and articulation.
