The 2006 West Coast Literacy Conference provides high quality professional development in literacy education. Conference strands focus on literacy learning from preschool to high school with particular emphasis on the needs of classroom teachers, reading specialists, special education teachers, and school administrators. The conference is sponsored by the Foundation for Comprehensive Early Literacy Learning, provider of CELL (primary), Extended Literacy Learning - ExLL (intermediate), and Second Chance at Literacy Learning (secondary) training programs.
